MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID COURSE…is an 8-hour course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health struggles and substance use disorders. The training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis. The course will be held for two days on Monday, July 15^th and Wednesday July 17^th from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm both days. You must attend both days to become certified. LADIES BIBLE STUDY…. Thursday, July 25^th, 1:00 – 2:30pm.  “BRING A FRIEND and BRING A SALAD to share Luncheon!” Beverages and Dessert provided.  If it is pleasant weather, we will be outside.  This will be a relaxed time of fellowship and sharing.  All St. Paul’s women welcome to come as well  Ladies Bible Study will NOT meet in August and will RESUME September 26th, the fourth Thursday of the month.  Please come and enjoy warm fellowship with our Sisters in Christ!  If you have any questions, please see Cheryl Lowman or Judy Byrne.
