HANDS OF GRACE is in need of the following food items:
Cans of Spaghettios and Beefaroni. Canned fruit: applesauce, peaches, pears, pineapple, etc. 64 oz. Bottles of juice:  Apple, Grape, Fruit Punch are preferred.  Thank you for your help providing food for our brothers and sisters in need.

FROM THE MISSION BOARD:  Please join us in the lower fellowship hall after this Sunday’s Service for Coffee Hour Sundaes and to Adopt a Box!  We have a lot of items available for you to start a Gospel Opportunity Box.  Start a box, complete it on your own and pay the shipping fee ($10).  Shipping fee also pays for the Greatest Gift booklets and Missionary outreach books. Using the items we have on hand will significantly reduce your cost of a box.  Start a box this Sunday, July 30th.

 BRODIE PARK – BERKSHIRE PAVILION ST. PAUL’S CHURCH PICNIC – AUGUST 13th – 12:30PM until 3:00PM RAIN OR SHINE Please Sign-up in the Upper Fellowship Room and note whether you’d like to bring a side dish or dessert to share.  There will be seating inside with air conditioning and picnic tables outside.   If you’d like to bring lawn chairs to sit on the lawn or covered porch, could do this as well.  This Picnic is HOSTED by our Church Council.  We all have a great opportunity to invite friends or neighbors to come and enjoy St. Paul’s church people in a beautiful and relaxed environment!  Come and See!  Any questions, could email Cheryl Lowman     cheryl.cassady@yahoo.com

LEARN HOW TO SUPPORT YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY AND NEIGHBORS: 

The Farmington Valley Health District will be offering an eight-hour Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course here at St Paul’s over two evenings in September (the 12th and 19th, 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM).  MHFA teaches you how to identify understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults and youth. You’ll build skills and confidence you need to reach out and provide initial support to those who are struggling. You’ll also learn how to help connect them to appropriate support.  The Health District is offering this program at no cost to participants. Maximum number of seats is 30, with priority given to members and friends of St Paul’s.  If you’d like to attend, or if you have any questions, contact Fred Schott, wfredschott@gmail.com).

SINGING OPPORTUNITY!!  Anyone is invited to come to church on Sunday morning at 8:30AM, before the service begins, to “preview” the service music, including the musical interlude piece.  Let’s create beautiful music to the Lord!  See Ruth Yeadon for more information.
